We take everything that’s wonderful about the bittersweet aperitif – complexity of method and ingredients, elegantly moreish flavours – and express it with our own lighthearted flourish.

Long-time pals, Rich & Dan’s shared passion for the bittersweet aperitif inspired the creation of Sommer. Crafted to bring the time-honoured aperitif experience into the here and now, we make every drop at our independent Yorkshire distillery and proudly use imperfectly perfect ‘wonky’ fruit in every recipe.

Elegantly low in ABV, Sommer is matchmade for the spritz and suits any occasion – a lunchtime tipple on the terrace, Lunchtime straight after work, or into the evening and beyond.
