Their commitment to sustainability and renewable energy is leading the way for many of their peers, big and small. Mackie’s Honeycomb ice cream is a sweet, moreish delight. We used honeycomb as a replacement for brewing sugar in this Belgian style Scotch. The result is a long lingering caramel finish.
