Raisthorpe Manor, Gooseberry Gin Liqueur

Always looking to add to our range of fruit liqueurs we tried a new recipe of steeping locally grown gooseberries with sugar and dry gin. The result, a smooth and exceptionally fruity gin, with a lovely golden colour.

Raisthorpe Gooseberry Gin Liqueur is handmade using the finest ingredients spending nine months steeped in gin and sugar before being filtered, polished and labelled. 

It is delicious drunk alone or with Apple & Elderflower Yorkshire Tonic and ice. It also works well with sparkling elderflower champagne, or for a really warming drink, try combining with Southern Comfort.

If you were in any doubt as to whether you will like the taste of this liqueur, rest assured the judges who awarded it a Gold Star in The 2018 Great Taste Award liked it.
