Ardnamurchan Madeira Cask Release 2025

This single malt from Ardnamurchan combines 43% peated spirit with 57% unpeated, initially matured in bourbon barrels before it was re-racked into Madeira casks. Bottled without added colour or chill filtration, brimming with chocolate notes and spice coupled with herbaceous, piney peat beneath.

Balcones Texas Rye 100 Proof

Released in celebration of the distillery's 10th anniversary, this expression from Balcones is made from 100% rye, with the mashbill containing 80% raw elbon grain from north and northwest Texas as well as crystal, chocolate, and roasted rye varieties. It has been aged in new charred American oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof. A wonderfully chocolatey rye.
