Our very Special Ironstone Gin. We take our Original Gin and age it using Bourbon cask and virgin American oak to produce this very special and distinctive gin.

Extremely Smooth yet bottled at a stronger 45% abv. Very small batch.
Hints of vanilla and oak, a mellow sweetness from the Bourbon. Fantastic in a Negroni.

Delivered in a ceramic bottle.
