The Distillers Edition of Lagavulin, which has been double matured in Pedro Ximénez seasoned American oak casks, complementing the coastal smoke at the core of this classic Islay single malt and bringing waves of sweet fruit to the whisky.

The English Rum Cask Matured is a very special whisky made from a unique process at The English Distillery. Our single malt whisky matures for many years in casks that previously held rum, which had been maturing at the distillery for over a decade before giving up its cask for the whisky to sleep in. The result is a wonderfully creamy Small Batch malt that is a perennial favourite with the distillery team, with its aroma and taste evoking rum-and-raisin ice cream.
