Glen Spey 18 Year Old 2007 (cask 4) - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory) 57.4%
Distilled at Glen Spey in 2007, this single malt spent the next 18 years maturing in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt. That cask was cracked open by Signatory in 2026, independently releasing an outturn of 662 bottles for the Cask Strength Collection.
Ledaig 18 Year Old 46.3%
A cracking single malt that proves Islay isn't the only place to get your hands on splendidly peaty whisky - the Tobermory distillers on the Isle of Mull also know their way around peated malt for sure. This is the 18 Year Old Ledaig single malt, which offers up hearty phenols, smoky herbs, cracked black pepper and balancing waves of sherry-soaked fruit.
