Bottle 1
Distilled at Ardmore in 2010, this single malt was matured in casks that previously held Islay whisky, bolstering the elegant smoke that balances the sweet malt at its core. In 2022, the casks were opened and the whisky was independently bottled by Wilson & Morgan.
Bottle 2
This heavily peated single malt from Bunnahabhain enjoyed a generous maturation in American oak, before additional ageing in an oloroso sherry butt, bringing layers of fruity sweetness and caramel to the hearty smoke at its core. The cask was opened by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. in 2024, releasing 480 bottles for The Cooper's Choice collection.
