Specially selected ex-bourbon casks bring subtle sweet & spicy notes, a richness on the nose and roundness on the palate.

The nose

Hints of vanilla, aniseed and ginger cake, with a savoury edge of white pepper, peat and a tinge of citrus zest.

The palate

Light peat develops into a richer, warmer smoke, buoyed by the vanilla, ginger, aniseed, citrus rind and tropical fruit notes.

The finish

Long, spicy and smouldering.
