Big Foam is a rustic lager, with Geman pilsner malt and locally gown spelt. Finished with a large dose of Hallertau Blanc and Astra hops, for a peachy white wine finish. Fermented cold, naturally acidified and naturally carbonated. Pour hard, bask in the Big Foam.
